At Nakuru Box, our expertise extends beyond ecosystem building to include strategic event consultancy, where we offer tailored support to organizations aiming to convene impactful, well-coordinated, and mission-aligned events. Our consultancy work in this area spans event concept development, stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, marketing and outreach, as well as on-the-ground execution support.
Through this line of work, we have supported both local and international partners in designing and delivering high-quality convenings that foster innovation, policy dialogue, and ecosystem connectivity. Our role typically includes helping clients articulate clear event objectives, identify and onboard relevant speakers and audiences, manage communications and registration workflows, and ensure that the experience is both seamless and high-impact for participants. We are particularly skilled at leveraging our networks within the innovation, development, and SME spaces to bring diverse voices to the table and amplify reach.
From small policy roundtables to large-scale summits and international forums, our consultancy services are tailored to align with each client’s unique vision and goals. Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of working with a broad range of partners through these consultancy engagements. This includes supporting awareness efforts for the Zayed Sustainability Prize, facilitating startup exposure during GITEX Africa, co-organizing the ASSEK Annual Conference, and coordinating the Mastercard EdTech Info Session. We’ve also played a key facilitation role in SNV’s Policy Dialogues on youth and agriculture, and partnered with KPMG and the World Bank on Business Model Canvas (BMC) workshops designed to build startup capacity.
