At Nakuru Box, our commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent is deeply aligned with the mission of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), Africa’s leading philanthropy empowering young African entrepreneurs.
Our engagement with the TEF Initiative is both institutional and personal, with our Managing Director being an alumnus of the prestigious TEF Entrepreneurship Programme. This background has not only informed our approach to supporting startups but has also positioned us to actively engage with TEF initiatives from a place of lived experience and insight.
Leveraging this connection, Nakuru Box has supported TEF applicants and alumni by offering entrepreneurial capacity building, coaching for the application process, and post-selection support to help beneficiaries fully harness the opportunities available through the program.
We have also hosted TEF information sessions in collaboration with local stakeholders such as UBA Bank, creating spaces for young entrepreneurs to learn, connect, and prepare competitive applications.
